My trainer, Alex Nsiah-Kumi, has been a tremendous help and support in my goal to have a better body. Since starting seven months ago, I have gained strength, stamina, have less joint pain and have lost 30 lbs.

I have been working out at Better Bodies with Eric Brannon for the last five months and could not be happier. It was the best decision I made. When I started, I had concerns about my weight, percent of body fat and overall eating habits. Well, Eric was just the trainer I needed. He explained why I should keep a food journal and helped me with a meal plan for my busy life style. We train three times a week and the results speak for themselves. I have lost 25 pounds, 11% body fat and now wear a size six instead of a size ten. My friends cannot believe the change in my overall body appearance. Because of Eric, I have renewed my membership and will continue to improve on the new me.

This is brief note to let you know that I have been very pleased working with your company and Jason Bache. I originally tried your company because I felt stalled working on my own. Since working with Jason, I have made progress again in terms of muscle growth and fat loss. He identified certain areas of weakness, such as my upper and lower back muscles, and helped me develop exercises to work those muscle groups. I continue to see improvement. I also suffered from chronic pain in my right ham strings. Working with Jason on certain exercises and stretches has helped alleviate the pain.
Jason has also aided me in improving my diet. I look forward to continuing to develop a long term work out and health regimen.

I am happy to report that I have had a very successful experience at Better Bodies. I'm so glad that you moved across the street from me just when I needed it! My time with Aaron has proved to be very beneficial. My strength has improved noticeably over these past seven months. The best bit of news for me is that I dropped twenty-two pounds as well. Weight is always a great issue for everyone.

I want to tell you how much I enjoy working with you guys at your facility. I enjoyed working with Will and felt he did a great job.
I signed up for the initial 12-session package, started working with Will in January, took off 2 _ weeks for vacation to Baja in February, and completed the 12th session with Will March 13, during which time I lost about 22 pounds and 3% body fat, and formerly usual 140/90 blood pressure dropped to 102/68 at a physical conducted 3/6 from a combination of the workouts and diet.
Will had a ready answer any time I asked him about diet and would usually ask me, "What did you have for dinner last night?" I knew I had to be honest with him, but one time I replied, "Hamburger, fries, and chocolate malt." Just to see his reaction. Though I really hadn't and his immediate response, "What was that all about?" made my day. I appreciated his patience as well as his firmness and enjoyed the workouts with him.
I'm enjoying being able to fit into trousers that were formerly too tight around the waist and hearing co-workers' comments about noticing I've lost weight. I'm halfway to my weight goal, so this initial 12 weeks is just beginning. My plan is to be working out closer to home with my wife at times and by myself at other times, at least three times per week, and if I plateau and can't seem to lose more, I'll come back to sign up for another plan with, hopefully, Will as my trainer. I wish all of you the best.

I have had fun working out at Better Bodies and have had great results. I have lost 30 pounds and 18 inches around my body. There has been an increase in muscle size and tone. Losing the weight and inches not only made me feel great but it had allowed me to become a member of the armed forces.

My experience at Better Bodies with my trainer, Chris, has exceeded my expectations. Chris is motivating, enthusiastic and professional. I have become overall physically stronger then I was expecting. I have more energy and generally a better physical outlook. I actually look forward to and enjoy my time at Better Bodies. Until recently I was quintessential "couch potato" to whom slight moisture on the brow was a signal to slow down and rest. The down side was that it was really hard to walk uphill or heel-to-toe or to get my legs up to polish my toenails.
A few months ago, I started going to Tucson Better Bodies and working with my personal trainer, Montye. I now find myself significantly stronger, more flexible, and better balanced and we're using less of the tape measure when monitoring my girth.
I leave the workouts tired and jazzed. Entering this exercise program was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Now I don't want to stop and I really look forward to every one of my sessions. Thanks, Better Bodies.

I began training with Kristi Rozelle in September 2005. I wanted to lose weight, get fit and change my eating habits. I work out for an hour three times a week and have lost 22 pounds and 4 _ inches around my waist and one dress size. I never thought that working so hard could make you feel so good. Kristi has done a great job of motivating me and keeping me focused, knowing when to push and when to let up. The daily compliments from my husband of 38 years and my improved self esteem prove that it's never to late to work on improving yourself and have made this experience extremely rewarding.

I began with Better Bodies in February of 2005 in order to lose fat, build muscle, and get back into a routine of taking care of myself. I am still with Better Bodies because of my trainer, Rob Cantalicio. Put simply, Rob's expertise, positive attitude, and goal-driven workouts have made me stay. Rob took as active role in helping me manage my food intake, and find a diet that I can stick with. I actually look forward to my time slot 3 times a week because I know he has designed a challenging and optimal workout just for me. It's worked. In February my body fat percentage was 33% and now it is at 18.8%. I have gone down 2 sizes, and lost 24 pounds in fat mass.
It's been a great experience. In September for the first time in 8 years I felt I was physically ready to take up playing league soccer again. No regrets! I live the energy I have and I'm glad I made the decision to stick with this program!

I have been training with Kristi Rozelle and I have lost, so far, 16% body fat, and went from a size 16 to a size 12. When I started training, I was at 40% body fat, now I am down to 24%. My legs are firmer and when I wave, my underarms don't wave back.
Kristi has been very patient, inspiring, and committed to our workouts. She never let me take the easy road. She pushed me beyond my comfort zone, because of that, I accomplished more than just inner and physical strength, I gained confidence and knowledge in how to maintain a healthier life.
