To whom it may concern,

I would like to give a testimonial to Eric Bannon for saving my marriage, my Christmas picture, but most of all my self-esteem.

When I started at Better Bodies, back in early spring, I weighted exactly 152 pounds. Not too attractive on my 5'3 frame.

First Eric and I set goals, to lose weight, tone up my body, and be ready for Christmas picture in October. Because it was my 10th Anniversary, the shot was to be taken in my wedding gown. Eric was tough on me, no matter how much I complained of exhaustion or muscle fatigue; he just kept urging me on. I now weight a scintillating 125 pounds. We took my Christmas picture yesterday with room to spare.
My husband thinks I am sexy again, and I feel terrific about myself. All thanks to Eric and Better Bodies. I salute you and your service.

I have been working with Jason Bache at Better Bodies for six months. When I first came to your gym, I was depressed, suffered from horrible insomnia, and was in very poor condition. I'd hurt my cervical and lumbar moving boxes because I was so terribly out of shape.

My friends all think I look and act healthier and happier. I feel great.

Jason has made an incredible difference in my life. There were times I did not want to work out but he has always encouraged me with humor and optimism. In addition, he knows what exercises I can perform without injuring my spine, a very important consideration for me.
I will be moving to the other side of Tucson in a few months and my only regret is that I will not be able to take Jason with me to that side of town! He is a terrific trainer and a good man.

I have completed 72 one-hour exercise sessions with my spouse under the keen and watchful eye of trainer Wanjiru Mutwota. When I started I could only do five pushups and only about ten abdominal crunches. I have increased to twenty-two pushups and fifty to sixty crunches. The crunches have helped reliever the lower back pain I sometimes have had. When I started I could use only 3, 5, and 8 pound weights, now I am up o 20 to 35 pounds. I have lost 22 pounds from keeping my calories below 1600 per day and exercising. The first month I though that I would not make it to the 36th session. I use to leave after a session sore and tired out but with time that has gone away. Wanjiru has handled our exercise routine masterfully. Her choice of exercises has kept us interested and trying to do the best we are able. Her cheerleader cheer f "strong! You can do it" has echoed throughout out training and helped us make it through each exercise. I am not sure that I would have made it through the first 36 sessions without her encouragement. I have enjoyed working with her so much that I have signed up for another 36 session making the total 108. No doubt I will lose more weight and my muscles will get stronger under Wanjiru's guidance.

I have just completed a 24 session program and would like to commend my trainer Christian Grove for his expertise and attention to detail. This has enabled me to lose 30 pounds and taught me a great deal about correct posture and exercising that will enable me to continue with home training.

Dear Ty,

For years my husband had tried to explain to me that no one enjoys exercise. Thus, the phrase working out was coined. He always said that is the results that people enjoyed: the endorphin high, the feeling of accomplishment and pride. Having never exercised before, I couldn't understand any of these things. Through my journey at Better Bodies, I have experienced all of the above. And wanted to thank you for the experience. With you by my side, I have been able to physically push myself to limits that I've seen other people do that I never thought I was capable of. I am a fumbling buffoon in the gym, still, but I am getting results. And the best results are the ones that take place outside of the gym. I have so much more energy. It's easier to keep up with my three year old daughter and husband, and thus, we spend more quality time together. And my husband is physically attracted to me again. Working out has helped to spark more intimate emotions between my husband and me. My husband has been so encouraging and tells me often how proud he is of me. And for the first time in a long time, I'm proud of me.

Some people look at life as a battle. I have always hated that out look on life. I have always liked to think that life is a beautiful adventure. If we didn't have obstacles to over come we wouldn't know how to appreciate the smooth times. And if we didn't have challenges we wouldn't have a sense of pride. One of my most resent obstacles has been losing weight. You have helped me face this obstacle head on. I now have the tools to be honest about the situation, take action, move on, and enjoy life more because of the benefits of exercise.

On August 14th, I bought 36 one-hour sessions at Better Bodies. In 12 weeks I have lost 20 pounds and multiple inches in my waist, hips arms and legs. Jill Framm is my trainer at Better Bodies. She is an excellent trainer, because she truly enjoys what she does. Jill pushes me very hard each session to do as much as possible, but she also listens to me and helps me recover quickly when I have a minor injury,

I am continuing my exercise program at Better bodies. My energy level is so much higher now and my strength and balance have really improved. I actually enjoy working out.

If you had told me a year ago that I would be getting fit with a personal trainer, I'd have laughed. Now 6 months have passed since I began working out with Gary at Better Bodies, and I've dropped 23 pounds and 2 sizes - nothing to laugh at!

With a family, full-time job and an ailing parent. I was certain I didn't have an extra minute to take care of myself. But with all of the stress I was experiencing, I felt like my weight was getting out of control - my life was getting out of control.

The Word-of-mouth about Better Bodies was so encouraging; I had to give it a try. But I had so many misgivings - too much attention focused on me what if I couldn't do it, what if I didn't like the trainers - all totally unfounded. The welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere has been the most compelling reason for my success. I felt free to succeed, but the encouragement I received when I struggled made me push myself that much harder.

That individualized attention helped me determine my fitness goals, and helped my trainer provide the right guidance. In the past, my goal might have been to reach a certain weight, but now I'm focused on being as strong and healthy as I can be - with Better Bodies.

My experience with my personal trainer Jill at Better Bodies has been great. To date I have lost 23 lbs. All my expectations have been met. I have enjoyed working out, which I didn't expect when I signed up.

I am in the roofing business, and do physical labor on a daily basis. I sometimes experience shoulder pain, which I thought was probably rotator cuff problems. Since working with Jill, and learning more about my muscles and body I have come to believe it is muscular. I rarely experience the shoulder problem I used to.

My muscle definition is much better. My mid section has been reduced by 5 inches. My percentage of body fat has been reduced significantly, and I have more energy.

It had been nothing but the most beneficial for me, mentally and physically, since I started about 5 months ago I lost over 50 pounds and over 10 inches total in body measurements. The decision to invest in a trainer at Better Bodies of Tucson has been the best decision I have made. I started working out at Better Bodies in August 2005. I wanted to look better for my 10 year reunion. I ended up getting the best trainer. Woody has helped me to lose 30 pounds and I have lost 13% body fat since I started. At my reunion I heard nothing but compliments about how good I look. Woody is amazing. He makes the workout fun and is always encouraging. The workout is always intense, but at the end of it I feel better about myself and I actually enjoy working out. I enjoy it so much that I have bought 24 additional sessions. Better Bodies is really great and everyone there is nice. All of the trainers are sincere and really want to help their clients. I recommend Better Bodies to everyone. I received a personal trainer from Better Bodies as a birthday gift from my wife and this was by far the best gift I've ever received.

Woody my personal trainer is so knowledgeable about personal fitness he has created a personal plan of weight training that has shown me more results in 30 days than in the past eight months that I've been going to the gym without a trainer. Oh and did I mention that I've lost 30 pounds!!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank my personal trainer, Chris Grove for the fine job he did in helping me achieve my goal.

When I first walked in to the NW location I weighed 199 pounds, now six months later, I am a lean, fit 167 pounds. I cannot tell you how good I feel about myself and how grateful I am to Chris for his patience and dedication. Everyone at the NW location has been very friendly and supportive, but Chris is just like a diamond in a bowl of glass, outstanding!

He tailored my program to fit my needs and avoided some of the physical restrictions that I have and now I feel as if I am ready to take on the world.

I just completed a thirty-six hour plan at Better Bodies. I followed the nutrition and diet plans that were recommended and lost twenty pounds. My personal trainer, Eric Brannon, took the time to explain the exercise program and recommended different options from the diet. Eric is a very knowledgeable trainer and has the ability to keep the program interesting. I would recommend Eric to anybody that wants to improve his or her body.
